Security Roles
The HRSD platform has security controls in place to allow only authorized staff and users to view, open, modify, authorize, and close records based on their role.
The security roles of the HRSD platform are as follows.
- System Administrator
- HR Admin
- HR Agent
- HR Manager
- HR End User
System Administrator
The System Administrator has complete control over the environment and can add or remove users from other Security Roles. The System Admin can add or remove users.
HR Admin
This role has create, read, write access on all the entities of Time Off except delete permission on the user records.
HR Agent
This role has create, read, write and delete access on the master tables of time off and only read access on the user records.
HR Manager
This role has create, read, write access on the user records and read access on the master tables of time off.
HR End User
This role has create access on Time Off request and read permission on the rest time off tables.
