Interacting with Appraisal Management

Create Performance Appraisal

Navigate to Appraisal > Performance Appraisals from the left navigator.

Click on the button at the top of ribbon view. A form will appear.

Performance Appraisal Form

General Tab

All the information related to the Performance Appraisal of the employee will be present in this tab.

FieldsDescription
NumberUnique Identifier for the Record
EmployeeCaptures the employee for whom the appraisal is being created.
ManagerManager of the employee.
HR ManagerHR Manager of the employee.
Additional ReviewerAny additional reviewer to be added for reviewing the assigned goals.
Overall RatingOverall grade for the employee based on the goal tasks assigned to them.
StatusStatus of overall performance appraisal.
YearCaptures the year of the appraisal.
Start DateCaptures the start date of performance appraisal goals to be completed.
End DateCaptures the end date of performance appraisal goals to be completed.
Performance Appraisal AcknowledgementCaptures the employee response if they accept all the goals assigned to them.
Disagreement ReasonCaptures the employee disagreement reason response if they do not accept all the goals assigned to them.

Appraisal Tasks Tab

View details regarding the list of attached appraisal goals that needs to be accomplished for overall performance appraisal.

Click on the button to create and attach the goal tasks for the employee.

Assessments Tab

View the Employee and Manager assessment of the performance appraisal goals tasks in this section.

Employee RatingCaptures the Employee self evaluation rating for the Performance Appraisal tasks.
Employee CommentsCaptures the Employee self evaluation comments for the Performance Appraisal tasks.
Employee Assessment DateCaptures the date when employee submitted self evaluation.
Manager RatingCaptures the Manager rating for the assessment of the Performance Appraisal tasks.
Manager CommentsCaptures the Manager comments for the assessment of the Performance Appraisal tasks.
Manager Assessment DateCaptures the date when manager submitted the evaluation of the Performance Appraisal tasks.

Final Review Tab

View the final review by the Employee, Manager, HR Manager, Additional Reviewer in this section.

Employee AgreementCaptures the employee agreement/disagreement on the manager's evaluation of the goals tasks.
Employee Sign Off CommentsCaptures the employee final review comments on the manager's evaluation of the goals tasks.
Employee Review DateCaptures the employee final review date.
Supervisor AgreementCaptures the manager's agreement/disagreement on the employee's final review agreement/disagreement.
Supervisor Sign Off CommentsCaptures the manager's final review comments on the the employee's final review agreement/disagreement.
Manager Review DateCaptures the manager final review date.
HR RatingCaptures the HR rating for the assessment of the Performance Appraisal tasks.
HR CommentsCaptures the HR's comments for the assessment of the Performance Appraisal tasks.
HR Review DateCaptures the HR final review date.
Additional Reviewer RatingCaptures the Additional Reviewer rating for the assessment of the Performance Appraisal tasks.

Audit History Tab

Any changes/updates made to the record will be captured in the audit history tab. The person who made the changes will be captured along with the time and the updated fields.

Audit History is where the system stores historical information for all records. These records are intended to be kept forever so that administrators can always track the history of audited records. As the number of auditing records grows over time, it becomes more inefficient to directly query the Audit table for historical information.
