Security

The CSM platform has security controls in place to allow only authorized customers and users to view, open, modify, authorize, and close records based on their role.

The security roles of the CSM platform are as follows.

  1. CSM Admin
  2. CSM Customer

CSM Admin

This role has create, read, write and delete access on all the entities of CSM on the user records.

CSM Customer

This role has create access on Case request and read permission on the rest case tables.
