Reporting and Dashboard

A dashboard is a set of reports—whether they are tagged "Easy" or "Advanced"—that logically provides users with business or technical information.

Any report type may now be associated with the website for viewing once it has been prepared. The ideal dashboard comprises four to six reports, according to best practices. These reports give readers a very specific perspective on the data being gathered and analyzed. As a result, helping a business make wise choices from a technical or business standpoint will help it stay on the right path when using ITIL.
