Change Creation
An Email and Teams Notification will be sent to the user with the details and link to the Change once the ticket is created.
Change Stage/Update
An Email and Teams Notification will be sent to the user with the details and link to the Change once the ticket proceeds to the next stage.
Change Approved/Rejected
An Email and Teams Notification will be sent to the user with the details and link to the Change once the ticket has been approved/rejected by the said approvers.
Unsuccessful Change
An Email and Teams Notification will be sent to the CAB members for Normal and Standard change and to the eCAB members for Emergency change with the details and link to the Change once the ticket closure has been marked as unsuccessful.
