Admin Configurations

The Admin Configuration area displays the administrative actions that provide you access to all the settings you make for critical elements including the Portal, Survey Questions, System Properties, SLA setups, and Email notifications.

The environment's data is saved in tables, which are made up of a number of records. The record, which can be viewed as a list or a form, comprises a number of fields, each of which holds a unique piece of data.
