A dashboard is a collection of reports, some of which may be labelled as "Easy," while others may be labelled as "Advance," that are organized into a logical grouping that provides users with either business or technical information.
Once a report type has been established, it can now be associated with the webpage so that it may be seen. The recommended number of reports for a strategic and informative dashboard is between four and six. These reports provide a very narrow and specific perspective on the data that is being gathered and examined. Therefore, assisting a firm in making educated decisions, whether from a business or technical standpoint, in order to maintain guidance on a company's journey through ITIL.
