Team Chat

Start a Teams Chat with the selected users about the Incident. Click on button to start chat.

The currently logged-in user is auto-populated in the dropdown. Select the other users to be added to the team chat.

Click on ‘Start Chat’. You will be redirected to Open Microsoft Teams. Team Chat is created.

The same is notified in the Timeline section of the Incident form with the link to the chat.
