Name Change: A name change due to marriage or If an employee undergoes a legal name change for any reason. HR can guide employees through the process of updating their name on official company records and documents.

Updating Dependents: When an employee welcomes a new child through birth or adoption, or If an employee's dependent is no longer eligible for benefits, such as a child reaching a certain age or a divorce resulting in the removal of a spouse

Change in Marital Status: When an employee gets married, HR may assist them in updating their marital status for benefits and tax purposes. This could include adding a spouse to health insurance plans and making necessary changes to tax withholding.
