Spread your message to everyone who uses the Service Portal with an announcement. A service portal is a great place to display notices. With the help of announcements, it is possible to quickly produce and disseminate messages.
Every Portal Announcement is listed in this table:
- To view the announcements data, Navigate to the 'Portal Announcements'.
- To create the Portal Announcement, navigate to “Portal Announcements” and Click New Button.
