Introduction To Knowledge Management

Knowledge Management (KM) in ExM enables the sharing of information in knowledge bases. These knowledge bases contain articles that provide users with information such as self-help, troubleshooting, and task resolution.

Knowledge Management supports processes for creating, categorizing, reviewing, and approving articles.

Navigate to Knowledge Management > Home in the left navigator.

The Knowledge Management homepage displays knowledge articles organized by knowledge base. Navigate the homepage to search for and find useful and relevant information quickly.

Click on the knowledge base to open the related knowledge articles.

On click of the Knowledge Base, the respective knowledge articles will open in the grid view. Click on the knowledge article to view it.
