Creating Problem
Notification to the Assigned Person
An Email notification will be sent to the Assigned to person with the details and link to the Problem once the problem is created.

A Microsoft Teams notification will also be sent to the assigned person.
Notification to the Help Desk
An email notification containing the details and a link to the problem will be sent to the Help Desk if the Support Group field is empty when the problem is created.

A Microsoft Teams notification will also be sent to the members of the help desk.

Notification to Support Group
An email notification containing the details and a link to the problem will be sent to the Support Group if the Assigned To field is empty when the problem is created.

A Microsoft Teams notification will also be sent to the Support Group members.

Updating Problem
The person who opened the problem will receive email notifications when the problem is updated or when notes are added.
All notifications will be recorded in the Timeline Notes tab.

A Microsoft Teams notification will also be sent to the person who opened the problem.
