Incident Archival

The EXM platform offers built-in features for archiving closed records directly within its database.

Admin can click on the button and specify the time for which the closed incidents need to be archived.

The archived incidents will be removed from the Incident View and will be seen in the Archived Incidents Entity.

A user with the Enterprise Service Management-Super Admin role will have the ability to archive the record.
