The EXM platform automates the rapid recording, classification, and linking of incidents for multiple related incidents.
Incidents can also be created from templates by clicking on button on the top ribbon.

A dialog will prompt the selection of both the 'Open on Behalf of' template and the incident template. After selection, a new incident will be created based on the chosen templates, along with any pre-defined tasks, if applicable.
