Roles

The Roles section specifically focuses on security roles related to the default business unit of your environment. It is important to note that some roles may be active, while others may be inactive, depending on their usage in the application. This section provides a clear understanding of the roles currently in use.

In the Roles table, you can easily identify which roles are active or inactive. Active roles are those currently in use within the application, while inactive roles are not. This distinction helps you streamline and optimize your security roles efficiently.

These roles are mapped to different applications and modules within our environment, such as FSM, CSM, HRSD, ITSM, and modules like Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Appraisal, Timesheet, CSM, Project, and Work Order. This mapping ensures that each role is tailored to specific functions, aligning with your organization's operational needs.
