Portal Announcements

Spread your message to everyone who uses the Service Portal with an announcement. A service portal is a great place to display notices. With the help of announcements, it is possible to quickly produce and disseminate messages.

Every Portal Announcement is listed in this table:

To view the announcements data, Navigate to Administration > Portal Announcements.
To create the Portal Announcement,Click New Button**.**

The Announcement form is displayed.

On the form, fill in the fields and then click on save.

Field	Description
Title	Title to appear in the announcement.
Description	Detailed explanation of the announcement.
Start Date	Starting Date on which the announcement first appears.
End Date	The announcement end date.
