An email/teams notification is sent to the Manager for Performance Appraisal creation on Draft status.


An email/teams notification is sent to the Employee, HR Manager, Manager for status update in Performance Appraisal except for Draft status. For Draft status, creation notification is sent to manager.


For Acknowledgement Pending status, the Performance Appraisal Assignment notification is sent to employee.


An email/teams notification is sent to the HR Manager, Manager on the Employee Acknowledgement of the Performance Appraisal.


An email/teams notification is sent to the employee and the manager when the status of Appraisal Tasks are updated.


For Acknowledgement Pending status, the Goal Assignment notification is sent to employee.


In case employee agree/disagree with the evaluation provided in the performance appraisal, an email/teams notification is sent to the Manager, HR Manager, Employee.


In case manager agree/disagree with the employee agreement/disagreement provided in the performance appraisal, an email/teams notification is sent to the Manager, HR Manager, Employee.
