Users have the flexibility to withdraw their time-off requests, regardless of whether they are approved or still pending approval. Upon withdrawal, the status of the leave request changes to 'withdrawn'.
If an approved leave request is cancelled, the total hours initially requested for the leave are reinstated to the user's leave balance, according to the type of leave.
If a leave request that hasn't yet been approved or denied is cancelled, any sent approvals related to that request are also cancelled.

Once cancelled, an email/teams notification is sent to the user, notify to, manager for cancellation of leave request.
