The Group members are the individuals who belong to a specific group within an organization.The tasks and duties related to the operation of their group are divided among these individuals. In ITSM, team members collaborate to handle service requests, incidents, and other IT-related problems. IT specialists, support personnel, and experts in a particular field can all be members of the group.
Group members are defined here.
Navigate to Foundation Data > Group Members.
Select New.
On the form, fill in the fields and then select Save.
Field | Description |

Support Group | Name of the group. |
Support Group Member | Select the group member. |
Group Member Name | Name of the group member. |
Status | Status of the group members. Out of box choices are: a) Active b) Inactive |
