Holiday List

A Holiday List is a list of holidays that have been predetermined and are observed by a business or organisation. Usually, service providers are not expected to fulfill standard SLA targets or response times on these holidays, which are non-working days.

Navigate to Foundation Data > Holiday List .
Select New.

Field	Description
Name	Name of the holiday.
Date	Date of the holiday.
Time Zone	Time Zone of the holiday.
