Interaction with Onboarding Management - Portal

Candidates are required to log into the portal using their E-Mail address. Once logged in, they should enter all relevant information into the system as prompted.

When user click the Sign In button, a pop-up window will prompt them to log in.

The candidate must enter both an email address and a password in order to log into the system.

After successfully signing in, the candidate will be directed to Introduction screen.

Click the "Next" button to input the details.

Personal Details

Candidates need to add their personal details here.

Resume

Candidates are requested to add their resume, which should consist of their skills, experience, and hobbies.

Identification

Candidates are required to submit their identification proofs here.

Address

Candidates should include their current address.

Education

Candidates are requested to add details of their education details.

Click on 'Add Education' and select the type of education you have completed.

Add the educational details.

Upon clicking 'Create,' your educational details will be generated.

Under the education section, one can view the details.

Previous Employment

Click on 'Add Previous Employment' and provide the relevant details if applicable.

Add your previous employment information and then click on 'Create' to submit.

Review & Submit

Review all the submitted details, and if necessary, click on 'Edit' to make any changes.

Agree to the submitted information by checking the agreement box, and then proceed to submit the details.

With this, the process is complete. The user will receive a completion message on the screen.

Onboarding

The user will receive the company credentials two days before the joining date, and they will need to use those credentials to log in.

After signing in successfully, navigate to HR Service Delivery > Onboarding

Click on the Complete Onboarding to complete the on-boarding tasks.

Dependent Information

By selecting "Add Dependent," the candidate must first provide the dependent information's details.

The below form will open on the screen for the candidate to add dependent information.

The following fields on the form must be filled out by the candidate:

Dependent NameThe full legal name of the dependent.
Date of BirthThe dependent's date of birth
RelationshipThe type of relationship between the candidate (employee) and the dependent (e.g., spouse, child, parents).
OccupationThe dependent occupation.

Click on the "Create" button.

On successful submission, user will be able to view the filled dependent information.

Candidate can edit the dependent information by clicking on icon and delete it by clicking on icon.

By selecting the the candidate can also enter details of other dependent person.

Benefits

Next candidate have to fill the benefits information, which include medical, dental, and other details. To do so, they should start by downloading the form, entering the necessary information, uploading the completed form, and finally clicking the button.

The candidate will be able to access the dependent information and the benefits forms they had submitted.

They can evaluate these, and if necessary, change or delete them by clicking on the appropriate icons.After reading it, click the button to submit all the details.

The candidate will get the submit successful message on a screen after a successful submission.

The HR department will receive a notification and subsequently verify the information provided by the candidate.

The candidate will be informed to start the orientation process using their official credentials prior to their starting date.
