Project

In our system, the 'Project' feature acts as the cornerstone for organizing and managing all your projects effectively. Within each project, you have the ability to specify crucial details such as the customer's name, the project's start time, and its anticipated completion time. This feature simplifies the process of tracking the hours dedicated to each project, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in project management.

Navigate to Project Management > Projects in the left navigator.

Click on the button on the top ribbon of the view.

General

All the information related to the Project will be present in this tab.

NameSpecify the Name of the Project
Project CodeSpecify the Code of the Project.
ClientIndicates the client related to the Project
Start DateStart Date for the Project.
End DateEnd Date for the Project.
StatusSpecify the Project status
Total HoursDefine the total hours for the Project
DescriptionSpecify the additional information of the Project
BillableWhether the Project is billable or not define in this field.

Phase

All the information of Phase that are related to Project will be present in this tab. In the sub-grid all the view of the tasks records are shown. The "Phase" table in project management typically contains information related to different phases or stages of a project.

Resource Allocation

Resource allocation is identifying the availability of your resources and scheduling them to concur with your project timeline. This table helps project managers ensure that the right resources are assigned to the right tasks at the right time, facilitating efficient project execution and resource management. It enables tracking of resource utilization, availability, and allocation status, ultimately contributing to the successful completion of project tasks and activities.

Stakeholders

This helps project managers identify, analyze, and manage stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and their concerns are addressed throughout the project.
