Navigate to Project Management > RIDAC in the left navigator.

| RIDAC Type | The category of the RIDAC (Risk, Issue, Decision, Action and Request Change) |
| Status | The current state of the RIDAC (Open, Closed) |
| Project | The specific project to which the RIDAC is related |
| Deadline | The date by which a response or decision is expected for the RIDAC, helping to manage time-sensitive requests |
| Owner | Specify the Owner |
| Description | A detailed explanation of the RIDAC, including its context, background, and specific details regarding the request or change |
| Notes | Additional comments, updates, or relevant information about the RIDAC that may not be covered in other fields |
